We believe in full transparency and scaling real revenue. Because our services involve immediate resource allocation, setup labor, and non-refundable platform provisioning, our refund terms are outlined below.

Standard Setup & Guarantee

• 30-Day Setup Guarantee: Our Launch, Growth, and Scale tiers include a 30-day setup and replacement guarantee for configured channels (such as WhatsApp API routing or ad accounts) if they fail to launch as specified.
• Ad Spend & Platform Fees: All external budgets (Meta/Google Ad Spend, AiSensy/WATI WhatsApp API consumption costs) are paid directly to the providers or spent live on platforms and are strictly non-refundable.

Service Cancellations

• Monthly Plans: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for remaining days.
• Custom SaaS/App Development: Refunds for ongoing custom engineering projects are governed strictly by the milestone-based clauses in your specific signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
