Welcome to Nextech Innovation. By accessing our website or subscribing to our Growth frameworks, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be a valid business entity or individual authorized to enter into binding agreements.
• Account Safety: If provided access to high-spend agency ad accounts, you are responsible for maintaining clean compliance with Meta/Google advertising policies.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom code, SaaS product architectures, workflows, and automated funnels engineered by Nextech Innovation remain our intellectual property until full contractual payment is cleared, upon which specific ownership transfers as per your service tier agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

Nextech Innovation builds optimized revenue engines, but digital marketing performance depends heavily on external platform algorithms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp). We are not liable for sudden external policy changes, ad account suspensions from user-policy violations, or third-party server downtimes.
